Apply for necessary certificates

Prepare transfer documentation

Coordinate settlement with your lender and
vendor’s representative

Calculate state of adjustments and balance of money required for settlement

Book settlement via PEXA

Prepare Notice of Acquisition and forward to council for appropriate authorities to advise change of ownership

Finalise matter by providing clients with a Settlement Statement and Tax Invoice.
